她提醒「『畢業2年，還在考公務員...』
年輕人注意！超過1年沒工作，短期失業恐變終生失業」。
洪雪珍指出，台灣的失業近年都在4%上下，青年失業率13%，冰冷數字背後的真相是－你
我身邊其實早就出現一些失業的「隱形人口」，他們的特徵是年輕、吃住在家裡、不去上
班、不出現家庭聚會、甚至過年或家族聚會也不現身，而這些長期失業人口，亦即所謂的
啃老族、尼特族。
洪雪珍說，這些人大多是不自覺得落入這樣的處境，他們最常的說法是
「我在準備考公務員…」、「我想再回學校念研究所，讓自己更有競爭力」可是這種從職場抽離的做法便是Yo-Yo族的典型行為，容易演變成慣性，不是變成怯於求職就是將來工
作也不穩定。
所以洪雪珍建議，要儘快求職、不要常換工作、減少打工派遣工作的機會，
最重要是「失業不要超過一年」當失去剛畢業這幾年的就業第一黃金時間，失業青年可能
一天一天變成失業中年，難返回就業市場（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
